Please read through our studio policies prior to attending our studio to help us keep you and our staff safe while we are fighting covid-19
1.
If you are early please wait in your car until your allocated appointment time
2.
Please use the hand sanitiser provided on arrival.
3.
No children or friends/family members to attend your appointment with you.
4.
If you have any of the following symptoms you must reschedule your appointment:
a cough, high temperature (at least 38ºC), shortness of breath, sore throat, runny nose
5.
If you have returned from overseas or been in contact with anyone returning from overseas in the past 14 days - please reschedule
6.
All bookings must be made over the phone or via the website to reduce the number of clients in our studio and for contract tracing purposes.
7.
All Fifth Lash orders must be made online & will be shipped to you. No walk ins or picks allowed during this time.
8.
If you wish a cosy blanket for your appointment then feel free to bring your own. We encourage you to dress warmly.
9.
Remember to keep your distance from others within the studio.
10.
If you wish to pre pay your appointment to avoid the use of the eftpos machine, you can do so via your booking cofirmation email or contact us to request an online payment link. We ask that you do not pay with cash during this time.
