WE PRIDE OURSELVES IN OUR METICULOUS APPLICATION OF EYELASH EXTENSIONS TO ENSURE YOUR NATURAL LASHES ARE NEVER COMPROMISED OR DAMAGED. WE REQUIRE ALL CLIENTS TO FOLLOW OUR AFTERCARE AND KEEP YOUR LASHES CLEAN AT ALL TIMES.

PRIOR TO ALL NEW SETS AND INFILLS WE WILL BE CLEANSING YOUR LASHES WITH A LASH SHAMPOO. 

STRICT AFTERCARE GUIDELINES ARE REQUIRED FOR LASH LIFTING, HENNA APPLICATION AND BROW LAMINATION.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THESE YOUR RESULTS MAY BE AFFECTED.

CANCELLATION POLICY


IF YOU HAVE PAID A DEPOSIT ONLINE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE WITHIN 12HRS OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT REGARDLESS OF REASON, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT PAID. WE RUN A TIGHT AND BUSY SCHEDULE SO PLEASE TRY TO GIVE US AS MUCH NOTICE AS POSSIBLE IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE, CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE.​

 

BOOKINGS CANCELLED WITH 12HRS + NOTICE WILL HAVE THE DEPOSIT HELD IN CREDIT TO USE AT A LATER DATE. THIS CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PERSON AND IS VALID FOR GIFT VOUCHER PURCHASES, APPOINTMENTS AND PRODUCT.

BOOKING DEPOSITS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

 

IF YOU NO SHOW FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE COST OF YOUR BOOKED APPOINTMENT. UNTIL THIS IS PAID YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REBOOK WITH US.

IF YOU DID NOT PAY A DEPOSIT BUT WE HAVE YOUR DETAILS ON FILE, WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY PROCESS THE REQUIRED AMOUNT. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING. 

REFUND POLICY DUE TO REACTION 

AS WITH ANY BEAUTY TREATMENT COMES A RISK OF AN ALLERGIC REACTION OR IRRITATION OCCURRING. IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY DISCOMFORT DUE TO AN ALLERGIC REACTION OR IRRITATION WE ADVISE YOU TO SEEK MEDICAL ADVISE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.

NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR YOUR TREATMENT.  

LASH INFILL POLICY

INFILL APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED EVERY 2-3 WEEKS. WE WILL NOT INFILL IF IT HAS BEEN LONGER THAN 4 WEEKS SINCE YOUR LAST APPOINTMENT. REGARDLESS OF TIMEFRAME SINCE LAST APPOINTMENT YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 30-50% OF YOUR EXTENSIONS REMAINING.

IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS PLEASE BOOK A NEW SET.

WE DO NOT INFILL OTHER SALONS WORK - NO EXCEPTION

LASH RETENTION POLICY

IF YOU EXPERIENCE LOSS OF EXTENSIONS HIGHER THAN THE EXPECTED WITHIN 72 HRS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN THIS TIME PERIOD SO WE CAN INVITE YOU BACK INTO THE STUDIO TO CORRECT AND ACCESS WHY YOU ARE EXPERIENCING THIS PROBLEM. 

PLEASE NOTE - IT IS NORMAL TO LOOSE APPROX 3-5 LASHES PER DAY, PER EYE.

 FAILURE TO DO SO WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME WILL REQUIRE AN INFILL APPOINTMENT TO BE BOOKED ONLINE AS FEES WILL APPLY.

NO CHILDREN POLICY

DUE TO THE NATURAL OF OUR WORK, OUR OPEN PLAN STUDIO AND INSURANCE POLICY, WE CANNOT HAVE CHILDREN ATTENDING YOUR APPOINTMENTS WITH YOU. WE ALSO DISCOURAGE FRIENDS AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS ACCOMPANYING YOU AT YOUR APPOINTMENT DUE TO SPACE AND OTHER CLIENTS COMFORT.
